When I'm wandering around looking for wins, I set up a single creature def rit, when I attack someone I want the system to randomly choose which creatures go into battle. I check and double check to make sure that the random creature selection is marked. But when I get into battle, my defense rit is sent into battle. So instead of 6 creatures going into battle only 1, weak creature, goes in. And I lose. So now I can’t have any def rits set up when I attack someone, and I really want a def rit. This has been going on for about a week, before I had no problem, now it’s acting up. I hope this makes sense.

If you have rituals set up then random ritual selection will not make you a brand new ritual. It will just select a random ritual from what you have. If you don't have a valid one then a random one is created.

dst is right you will just have to set more then one rit form now on
