Mur removed that button after the Wodin story. Only players under 30 days have it.

I'll explain what dst means by the Wodin Story, just for those who don't know...

The person who was Originally Wodin, decided to quite, and when he did that he also decided to Reset the Wodin account (as all the Stats were his own work). However since Wodin was intertwined with the game World and Story that was Unacceptable for Mur.

Thus Mur decided to keep this from happening again by getting rid of the Reset Button for accounts older than 30 days.

That should also give you an idea as to why Wodin is now more of a Summoned Warrior, than the RPC he used to be.
