I made sure that my personal page was clear of any text, because I was told that it will block people from viewing the public profile. Yet when I, or others, click on my public profile it shows up as blank.

Any suggestions?

yeah, open up personal page, go to html editor, there'll be <br /> written there or something, delete it then save, profile will be visible again
