This will not happen. Nor is cross breeding two species possible. In rare cases, if the two species are closely related it is possible to produce an offspring that is sterile. Angiens and Drachorns are not in the same kingdom, let alone family.

If you were to combine them with magic, then you are going to hell. ^_^

Like the fear of hell would prevent anyone that could combine the angien and drachorn with magic from actually doing it.
