guess that'sa bug to report here...
according to old announcements, torch comps should start every 8th and 16th, yet the last did somewhat NOT start

i have no idea whether this is wanted, an aftermath of the bugged HC this month, or just Mur not feeling in the mood of playing torches, but some sort of announcement might be nice, even if it just says 'delayed'... my quest relies on the fact that Necro is open twice a month XD

Torch competition started with a delay, this month the two competitions will be very close to eachother.
