:) I had made cumin flat bread, am not taking yeast in my food intake anymore.
red velvet, that's red food colouring and choc &/or cocoa isn't it? i wouldn't be able to eat it then. wouldn't be veggie friendly. Am sure it was yummy though.

Ta ZenTao & Maebius. If it will be more injections it won't be another nerve block it will either be steroids in my neck or botox. That's what he said last apt anyway.

thank you ZenTao, the last injections i got were for a nerve block which hasn't worked. They weren't as painful as my worst migraine. Will see how next apt goes. Thank you once again for your well wishes xx
