  1. Today loading MD was very slow and often hung after loading the flash (the phase where you cannot really play and see the MD logo over the interface). I have found that the following script is responsible, which can not be loaded: http://storage.trafic.ro/js/trafic.js It does not seem to serve any purpose (maybe advertisement or traffic monitoring?), so maybe the link to it should be removed until that loading issue is resolved.
  2. I was recently in the Golden Globe Gazeebo. It was explained to me that it is allowed to attack people there in order to gain wins. So I clicked on Muratus del and found that the profile showed my name backwards. Expecting some kind of "fighting against myself" magic, I was curious and clicked on the attack button. I did not even make an actual attack, just clicking the button to setup a ritual got me a message like this: "Illegal action reported. Continuing on this path will get you banned". To me, such things are just childish behavior. If you are an admin and don't want to be attacked, disable the button for the players. It is easy and you can program it in something like five minutes. But taking the time to program a framework just so you can ban newbies who are curious, do not know any better and expect that unwanted actions are actually disabled - that is just hostile. I mean sure, if it is some kind of cheating that can not be easily disabled, sure. But if you are able to fully automatically detect some "illegal" action, just disable it instead of banning people for clicking the wrong button!
  3. I've been able to recieve one and reply. But how do I send a message to another player?
  4. So that means if the person is hard to find, there's no chance of starting the quest. Most people seem to give very vague informations about where they can be found and if they are logged off, I believe they are not listed anywhere after some time. I searched for some of them, but to no avail. Seems to me like a really bad way to manage quests. A lot of searching around without any purpose. The same info could be made available directly and people could start having fun directly instead of running around.
  5. Clicking on the Quests link gives a lot of information about quests, however, most of them tell you to read the Q Doc. How do I get this document for a certain quest? By the way: Some kind of FAQ or a more detailed help file would be helpful, answering all those questions which go beyond the tutorial.
  6. But I am at the end of chapter 2 (carnival). So I'll wait for chapter 3 (which probably can take a very long time) and then this will be useful?
  7. I've gotten a message Congratulations! You both managed to win and lose over 20 fights. Check the quest page to continue. and similar messages before. However, the quest page remains unchanged, it says I need to win 100 fights and get more experience...
  8. Hello, I'm a new player, played through the tutorial, which was pretty straightforward. Now I am in Chapter 2. The way I understood it, it should be possible to explore and do things independent of story mode. I walked around a lot, found possibilities to get creatures and buy items, but that's about it. The rpg items mostly need some passphrase which I don't have and many places seem inaccessible. I typed some things I thought made sense into the rpg items, sometimes this resulted in a page which made me think something might be possible with entering that word later, but that's it. I did not find any enemies against which I could win (was attacked by a few players, but seemed pointless to start fights at this stage) and the only puzzle I found was the Broken Pattern Gazebo. Now I explored Marind Bell and a little more, so I guess my questions are: - Where do I get hints on how to progress in the game or how to solve things? The chat is mentioned often, is that talking about the chat which is location-based? I only saw very few locations where there were players talking right now. So I'm guessing it's a little hard to find players who will answer a question in the next five minutes. The Live Help button seemed to be more like technical help or bugs. - How do I progress? Just go through the story mode until more possibilities open up? Or can I do more in other areas than was possible in the Marind Bell area? By the way: Do the principle points I get actually do anything? Whatever I choose there did not seem to have any impact on the story so far.
