It was and would be again an additional motivation to create an account and vote every 6 hours to get some of those items. I would suggest to limit the items one can buy for a specific time until a reset is launched. What do you think?

Change: *pats the earth* Hmm, bit dry, but still good.
Change: *checks her rainbarrels* Enough water it seems.
: Change takes a large vial from her satchel and fills it with water from a rainbarrel. She then sprinkles it over the plot and, once it's empty, refills it a few more times and repeats
Change: That should be good. *leaves the vial by the rainbarrel for easier access*
: Change jumps over the stones and heads off[/spoiler]

JadenDew: .... *stares at the cube ontop the tree and wonders how it got there* : JadenDew shakes her head and stepped towards Change's plot of sprouting seedlings : JadenDew puts her pack down and carefully removes a potplant and sit it beside her pack : JadenDew takes out a slightly squished squirtbottle JadenDew: Raising things to eat sure takes much longer than to eat them... : JadenDew sprays the seedlings with the bottled rainwater : JadenDew sprinkles some water on her pot plant too : JadenDew drags her pack to the base of the tree and stretches out under the shade [/Spoiler]

Day 84 Year 10   [Spoiler] JadenDew: Gah! : JadenDew flops down next to Change patch : JadenDew grumbles about people sending her underground when she is sleeping : JadenDew rolls over and stare at the seedling JadenDew: * feels something poking in her side and and sat up straight* Eh! Now, I have no idea what the problems between the two are, but to openly bring that particular quarrel (one of particular controversy) into this topic, when you could have given unnamed examples of disrespect and not try to publicly shame someone, seems slightly disrespectful as well; I'd even say to both parties as neither of them may want accusations flung about in regards to their own, personal, disagreements.
 
Perhaps instead of trying to "name and shame" in this topic we could refrain from pointing fingers and instead a) allow those with grievances speak for themselves and b) keep examples unnamed? Unless we're meant to throw names under the wheels here? In which case there should be a list started, as to not be seen as "picking" on one person? :)

I'm going to use a scenario that I ran into regarding personal information.

I once found some information about a fellow MD'er on a social media site. I knew this person was very particular about their personal information. I didn't choose to add them, or message them, but I did tell them eventually.

Point is, if you find someone's information, don't take liberties with it. Tell them, privately that you stumbled upon it, as they may not know. I have personally had information that I did not voluntarily put out there (I'm looking at you, Rophs), found and acted upon without my approval.

While someone may have some mMD'ers on a social media site, that doesn't make it OK to impose there also. Some of us have things that we rreally don't want the whole of MD society to get their hands on.


Edit: also, don't bloody ask around for someone's information, either! That's creepy and an invasion of privacy!

I have had people using my name, to try and "protect" themselves and threaten other players by telling people "Dont mess up by quest, Chewett wont like it if you do that". That person got right and truely shouted down when someone pinged me about it. Do not use someone in authority to try and "protect you" by name dropping.
 
If you are telling someone that "Chewett wont like this" and it comes off as a threat, then there will be issues. Dont speak for others if you are not sure. Especially not those in authority.
