Ever since I came to this strange realm, I have been curious to know the faces behind those even stranger characters (as if a talking wolf wasn`t weird...). because of that, the webcam thingy in the panel really amuse me, and I check on it daily to see any new faces
Some players, as Windy, Amoran, Sagewoman, among others (mostly gals, for some reason ) apear frequently, so I know their faces already. but (many) others I am still very much curious about. so, why don`t people show off more often? well, as for myself, I have never been there, because I haven`t got an webcam, and never remeber to get one also... and as for others, I have talked to people who didn`t even knew about that tiny button on the right panel, and there are also others in the same situation as mine, amongst other reasons.

So, making a long story a little shorter, I decided to open a contest on pictures! show your face to the community and you may even be awarded prizes!

A big group, that is what we are (okay, I am...) looking for! the picture with more people on it takes the prize! but remember, the MD must show somewhere, preferably with ya! But, since people discovered it, there have been many offers for them, even for the pair, and a friend convinced me that, since morphs are really rare creatures, there beeing so little of them in this realm, I shouldn't be so greedy and let go of one of them, so other person have the opportunity to own their own morph.
That beeing said, I am starting an auction for the second morph, the unmorphed one. the auction will end april the [b]6th[/b] at [b]0:00[/b] server time [u]and[/u] [b]48 hours[/b] after I update the latest bid. don't worry, I log in daily to check on it.

okay, on the Santas... Asterdai Sold an aged, heavily tokened and magic ctc one for 4gc. sasha`s went for a little over 3gc, also aged and heavily tokened. everyone`s went for 2gc 10sc, no tokens and little age. for me, 2gc is the market value on Santas

and now the Nutcrackers... Peace sold one for 2gc 5sc middle of december, a little before they were released on shop, what drops their value a little bit. not much ground to work on them tough, they are more rarely seen on market then Santas, but they beeing similar in rarity I equaled their values, altough I value a Nutty higher then a Santa.

Oh, another thing. I am valueing everything in coins to make it easier to compare, but I do compare creatures on bid. for example, I would prefer a rusty over two SW, altough their cumulated value is higher, and I would prefer a rusty over a 5gc offer, as creatures have more value then coins for me.

If I can give some ideas to make it easier:

1-why not make it in a fixed time every month? like evey last saturday of the month, or something like that. that way it would become a more periodic event, not so sporadic.
2-have people to advertise for it every day during the week preceding it. I would, I have writen a story to tell and I wish to have many people to hear it. maybe having anyone who want to participate promoting it on crowded places, like "story night in two days!!! come listen to my story!!!". that is easy, and would help promoting it.
3-have two or three host on every session, to make shure that even if one or two miss it there is still a way to keep it rolling. hosts are not hard to find, I would if I was asked to, you know.
4-have more people to help. I know, it is easy to say, but there are as much interested players as there are writers. and, as far as I know, there are at least three players that would happily be part of the staff if they had the chance.
5-(this one is for Curiose, and is more of an advice then an idea) Curi, don`t take everything in your back. you say you don`t like to boss people around but YOU ARE THE BOSS. people need to have orders to follow, as rash as this may seem [b]people don`t take initiative [/b]if you don`t give them a push. speaking for myself, I`m so damn lazy it frightens me, but if I say I`ll do something, I`ll have it done. don`t worry about asking people to help, many would but just don`t really think about it until you ask.

well, that is all I have to say. not saying I could do it better, but I am shure I could help it beeing better. sorry if I sound a little rude, but that is what is in my mind, if you disgree then we may discus it

okay, I know I am not a citizen of gollemus and all, but I just need to clarify something, even if it does not change a thing:
the two players who asked mcvitie to show them the way through the maze, samon and Sorain (an mp4 and an mp3, actualy), where looking for me after I got in myself. I had already been through the maze before and have a map I drew using my experiences in there, so I know how to direct myself in it. I crossed it and they could easily have followed me through, as I left a direct track. I think any mp3 can follow the track left behind by someone who get through, for I am pretty shure all those who know the way take a direct route, not doing any side-steps to elude someone who could follow their track. So, as to taking an mp3 through I believe that it is not a real problem, as long as the mp3 knows where the maze takes, and I know many mp3s who do, it is not a real secret.
