    (please read the whole thing) Look at this Block of text until you get bored with it. When you get bored, instead of instinctively redirecting your attention to something more stimulating, notice your slight agitation that you may feel and try to resist it. This is not to make you tolerable of things that are mundane, but to build back your attention span, which the internet has taken away from you. :P ♥
