I am off 1 or 2 week for vacation after being almost off 1 or 2 months for too much work... Happy MD anniversary all!

it should increase by 2 every hour. if not, its a bug, test fully and report

in that case, it is... I walked into a scene in the tribunal, it went down to +36, leaving and commin back to it, it was +40 (I went in in the same hour) so where can\should I report?

MoM, depending on if your wandering between scenes happened jsut around the time teh increase processes, there's a chance you can see it "thicken up" again within a minute, if you catch if juuust before the update schedule runs. :) I've done that. approx ##:02 on the hour.
