With the new transparent reputation -- I can see all votes, but it seems that only the positive votes are counted in the final tally.  So, for instance:

I actually really like this a lot, but is it intentional?

I think that if someone clicks the rep (no matter if + or -) everything will go back to normal.

its caching because the forum is stupid, it only counts positive votes until someone votes and recaches it.
