Red Cross at the top runs away on Chrome

Chrome is mean, Chrome needs to be made friendlier so the button doesnt run away.

If you scroll down before opening a popup and then upon closing the popup it is still scrolled donw then they will all be bumped upwards a slight amount until you refresh the page

Its to do with some of the link ingame using anchors and breaking things, its quite possible you dont do what is needed to trigger it but I have encountered it enough.
