As per ann 2804, and taking into account that item and creature creation are actually a thing now, I was wondering if perhaps it is the time for the Volition stat to actually have a use implemented?

The announcement suggests that volition could have to do with item creation, but it doesn't detail it itself. Should this be discussed? Are there any plans for it in the foreseeable future? Most I could find on the forums were discussion about the amount of volition that should/shouldn't be gained or how the stat itself should/shouldn't be gained, not about what it should actually do.

Maybe it would work in a way like the gathering/crafting skills and allow you to obtain multiple items from a resource combiner, for the same amount of base resources? Say, after 1000 volition, there's a chance of obtaining 2 Memory Tablets for 20 Memory Stones, instead of only 1 tablet.
