Has anyone been having issues using ITC's recently?

aethon is apparently having issues in redeeming them even though I have checked they are valid codes. I'm waiting on a reply but I imagine he is having some formatting issue.

has anyone else had any similar issues recently? I have been claiming some and it all appears fine (although I know what to do lol)
