The mood panel seems to have clipping issues

I made two screens of how it looks on my screen at high and low res. If you don't see it the same then maybe you don't see the latest changes.

At low res it is clipping at the bottom because it can't fit everything in. I decided that its better to hide the rest of the moods than showing a scrolbar. 

I will consider this bug closed for now, but if you dont feel the same, reply

My screen size is 1920x1200, it does this. It seems like the panel is X width but the insert is less than that:

Ah I have found the steps to reproduce:

Unpin the bottom panel. Reload the page, Open the panel, it will expand but not expand the inner content.

i will look into it some more.. 

that height is calculated from js at some point
