See title.

It always use to have the 1 scroll bar, like window was too small for contents, which was expected. Since PHP update Sunday it added a second, and now a third scroll bar.

It isn't a problem on computer, but on mobile it makes it impossible to view anything.image.thumb.png.3838634e6c4a71bdaef1a30132f12832.png
