Quarterly MD survey on what you want

After spending with Steno for about two lifetimes about A25 he has suggested we run a quarterly survey similar to how we created a poll about how I should spend my weekend.

Steno and myself will be working on creating such a survey to hear from people individually.

All those who have ideas for questions and what should be asked should post here and I will add you to the discussion. I have already added @Demonic God
