I have three subscriptions to Magicduel, and the badge on my avatar simply updates to the last cleared payment...

For isntance, until today it was gold, and now it is the normal subscriber badge...

Not a major bug, or of much concern really, but it's there none the less.

    I can't do that though, I already have the biggest subscription, then two little ones too.

    It's not really a big deal, just a different colour badge. If it can not be fixed or would take too much time, it's not worth worrying about.
