I've noticed now, about 85 times or so so I'm actually sure now, that the dead Regen timer is absolutely broken. The max Regen for the dead is about 65 minutes, give or take. If you leave the game for 55 mins and return, refresh the page after reopening your closed browser, it will for a fractal second, show 10 minutes left. Then the page refreshes manually or automatically, and magically, you're back at 65 mins of Regen, and wow! Still 0 action points! It's a Christmas miracle =D

All jokes aside this needs to get fixed. It seems multiple action points can be stacked if you stay logged out for multiple hours, but if you ever come back before a 65 minute timer rolls over completely, you can kiss goodbye to that waiting time, it did nothing.
