aaront222 Posted June 14, 2010 Report Posted June 14, 2010 (edited) There seems to be something important about tomatoes in this game. Why don't you just create a Tomato Principle or something? That would increase the tomatoiness even more. Why are tomatoes so important? I want an answer from Mur/Grido Edited June 15, 2010 by aaront222 Rendril, Darigan, Sparrhawk and 6 others 3 6
Darigan Posted June 14, 2010 Report Posted June 14, 2010 Because they are good for you...hmmm tomato principle...now theres an interesting idea adiomino, Kyphis the Bard, apophys and 4 others 4 3
Udgard Posted June 15, 2010 Report Posted June 15, 2010 Because tomatoes secretly rule/manipulate history from behind the curtains. argos and Darigan 1 1

Totenkopf Posted June 15, 2010 Report Posted June 15, 2010 because tomatoes are nature's vegetarian answer to a nice yummy Argentinian tenderloin - red, juicy and so thick it's almost a sphere! argos and Darigan 1 1
Grido Posted June 15, 2010 Report Posted June 15, 2010 i'm curious why an answer is wanted from me, considering i had nothing to do with the founding of tomatoism Why shouldnt tomatoes be important? A fruit which is classed as a vegetable, how many of those are there?
Handy Pockets Posted June 15, 2010 Report Posted June 15, 2010 (edited) I think a green bean is a fruit. I can think of seven vegetables that are technically fruit. But none are as important as the Tomato Edited June 15, 2010 by Handy Pockets
(Zl-eye-f)-nea Posted June 15, 2010 Report Posted June 15, 2010 I suggest you have a look here: http://magicduel.invisionzone.com/topic/4435-referring/page__hl__tomato and work out the rest for yourself Z
Jubaris Posted June 15, 2010 Report Posted June 15, 2010 None of you are right Tomato on Serbian is called "Paradajz", looking from it, it is clear that is based on english "paradise". (only English themselves haven't used the word for it!!! major mistake number 1!!!) In Croatia (it's the same language pretty much, but other word-combinations are used for tomato) it is called "Rajcica". It is clear from there: Raj means paradise on Serb-Croat language, and Rajcica would be fruit of paradise. I want WP for this
Root Admin Muratus del Mur Posted June 15, 2010 Root Admin Report Posted June 15, 2010 Princ..that is actually awsome ) clue 1: give people an answer and they will build the right questions to reach it. answer 1: i write in red, nothing to do with tomatoes, i was accused of being part of some organization/cult/whatever..refered as god (because in md i am a god) ..obvious conclusion, i am an evil tomato cultivist. It is my way of joking about the paranoia of some people, and a way for me to underline my obvious genetic and cultural relation with the holy tomatoes *praise the tomato! - thats me* From a joke, it turned into a nickname and a habit. Now..if you follow the coincidences, my rat avatar is also red, my book has a circle on it, that looks like a tomato, md has two main colors, black and gold, and an accent color that is red, like the tomato....and tomatoes love music (like all plants but thats irrelevant now) Thanks Z for the link, it clears it. p.s. from time to time is good to remind why some things are how they are, before people start to make up other reasons..... Now, OBEY THE TOMATO OR GET JUICIFIED ! Jubaris and apophys 2
Prince Marvolo Posted June 15, 2010 Report Posted June 15, 2010 But... Strawberries > Tomatoes - and they are also rred n stuff! *runs and hides from the evil cultivists and prepares to get juicified*
Jubaris Posted June 15, 2010 Report Posted June 15, 2010 hehe I'm glad you like it you do know of course that this is a solid proof that apple wasn't the fruit of garden of eden? it was actually -tomato-!
aaront222 Posted June 15, 2010 Author Report Posted June 15, 2010 Tomatoes are actually some of my least favorite fruits...... They are my least favorite........ Belch Ketchup
Root Admin Muratus del Mur Posted June 15, 2010 Root Admin Report Posted June 15, 2010 @Marvolo: DEATH TO THE INFIDELS! @Princ: bah, obvious things, everybody tries to hide the greatmess of the tomato *smirks*... There is an ...APPLE.... on the back of the ipad..... WWAAAAAHAAA WHHYYYYYYY ((( .. traitors..obey the tomato... i killyou! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1uwOL4rB-go seriously now... i should send a complain to apple to notify about the tragic flaw in their brand concept and logo. Their products should be red and the logo a tomato...thats so obvious! bah! Sparrhawk 1
lightsage Posted June 15, 2010 Report Posted June 15, 2010 Someone had to do it...
Jubaris Posted June 15, 2010 Report Posted June 15, 2010 yes, the conspiracy is so huge that youtube got payed to brand every tomato documentary as a comedy video... it's tragical... the fact is apple marketing turns billions of [insert some strong currency here] every day, and Tomato truth would indanger that... Apple just makes more profit, and people will make sure it stays that way when the bible was getting formed in Byzantium... what was the problem of the grand discussion and voting on forming of the Church? it wasn't Jesus' nature as some writes want you to assume... that's just a decoy. they were voting should fruit of heaven be turned into an apple or stay as tomato!
Sharazhad Posted June 15, 2010 Report Posted June 15, 2010 What does Mur use to tell the time?

dst Posted June 16, 2010 Report Posted June 16, 2010 (edited) Uhmm...look what I have found.... Ode To Tomatoes by Pablo Neruda The street filled with tomatoes, midday, summer, light is halved like a tomato, its juice runs through the streets. In December, unabated, the tomato invades the kitchen, it enters at lunchtime, takes its ease on countertops, among glasses, butter dishes, blue saltcellars. It sheds its own light, benign majesty. Unfortunately, we must murder it: the knife sinks into living flesh, red viscera a cool sun, profound, inexhaustible, populates the salads of Chile, happily, it is wed to the clear onion, and to celebrate the union we pour oil, essential child of the olive, onto its halved hemispheres, pepper adds its fragrance, salt, its magnetism; it is the wedding of the day, parsley hoists its flag, potatoes bubble vigorously, the aroma of the roast knocks at the door, it's time! come on! and, on the table, at the midpoint of summer, the tomato, star of earth, recurrent and fertile star, displays its convolutions, its canals, its remarkable amplitude and abundance, no pit, no husk, no leaves or thorns, the tomato offers its gift of fiery color and cool completeness. Oh and another thing:Mur, remember zen? Now you have it combined with tomatoes!!!!
