Fatal Error In Md Toolbar

[size="4"]This error has happened to me like 8 times.

When I click to Log in using my MD toolbar the error appear

The security code I enter is good, and I can enter using the normal Login, so I don't know what is happening.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Securimage in /home/magicdue/public_html/core/class.securimage.php

BTW: I cleared cookies The picture shows the last time it happened:
