Because of the new system, whereby you can cast spells accidentally, if you spell word was previously something simple, it can be used when you speak.

If you use up all of your casts of said particular spell, It can then prove impossible to chat if you say any of those words. As you will say the word, it will attempt to cast it, then tell you that you dont have enough casts.

I believe you should be able to change the name of your spell even if you have used all casts, Which would fix the problem of using a lot of casts, then being unable to speak using that word.

Seems like spells used to be case-sensitive, but are no longer. At least the fails are happening in a case-insensitive way. Beware.
