Skin Updated/Polls Fixed

I spent some time fixing up the forum so that Polls would work properly. Now all features of the forum should be fixed up and working

I forgot, most if not all skin files are cached on browsers, So you might need to reload some pages, or anything that doesnt work or look right. This can normally be done by pressing f5 or deleting all cache ect.

If problems still occur send me a forum pm, or mail me. (forum pm is faster)
