I bought the Sword of the Knights boost and as soon as I received it, I refreshed the page twice to check on my vitality without leaving the shop or the reward page. As a result, the Shop automatically bought two more boosts for me.

The bug isn't getting things for free, it's getting things you're not intentionally buying. At least, I believe so. The same thing happens if you use an item like tea and refresh before closing the thing in the triggers box that tells you about the tea.

Ah, I need to be more careful about what I say. I'll just read more carefully, my apologies. Indeed, what I said wasn't well thought out, but it's late and I've been posting too much. That makes sense, I used a lumber saw to harvest lumber, then refreshed and it tried to use the saw again. Same concept.

tried it before, it does indeed buy more of the item, but if you have already bought the item or there is no more, it just reloads the page and shows the item shop again.
Make sure you click continue before doing anything else...
