Yet you are able to take heads from those you fight against even without competing.

so you're saying that because he's attacking you, he's breaking some sort of rule, or is abusing his power? I'm pretty sure Eon attacks you 24/7 anyhow. BHC is no exception.

The issue here is probably not the attacks, but the fact that they removed Nad's heads (if I understood well). That makes the organizer of the event interfering with the result, which is not a good thing.

Regardless, I'm pretty sure that everyone is getting the same treatment. Is Eon in control of whether or not he can perpetually gain heads? Can he turn it off? Is it worth ranting about in the mood panel, forum panel, and multiple topics?

If Eon is not a competitor, he should not be moving heads at all.

I was curious about whether or not he has some sort of control over head movement when he fights.

Either way, there is a way to work this out:
If he does, he can turn it off for the contest, if he is not competing.
If he does not, he can refrain from attacking competitors for the duration of the contest.
