Can't transfer items anymore

I get the message that I can't transfer (spicy pickles) from my current location. 2 different players, 2 different locations.

It may have something to do with the disbanding of Legend Speakers and my still holding MDA citizenship.

I have not done a total logout yet.... that's next.

seems odd, I've heard two other minor reports of this earlier, but had brushed it off as "alt maybe?"
or "browser issues" since one of the people also could not use a portal either without rebooting.
