Browser: Chrome 28.0.1500.72 m Scenario: When I attack a player before the wait timer is over (*** You recently attacked this player. YOu can attack it again only after 3 minutes and 53 seconds) The pop up window is lacking a cross to close it. Reloading is the only on tech way to get it too close. Additional error information: My console error log gives me this: Uncaught ReferenceError: hidePopWin is not defined Yet using the console to manually call it afterwards (by typing javascript:hidePopWin();) does call the actual function as well as closes the pop up window. Even weirder, turning off overflow-x and overflow-y (as seen on image 2) on popup inner drags the entire thing down back into the visible area. Root Admin Chewett Posted July 31, 2013 Root Admin Report Share Posted July 31, 2013 Its a quirk (read bug) with chrome with if you have a href link being # on a page that its delinking from then it drags it all up and makes it disappear. Long story short, i need to change any place that breaks it, pressing the X button will always make sure it wont break. But pressing buttons like close, MAY break it. Iv fixed the PM page, by pressing close it shouldnt break, but if you find any links that do break it, and make the X disappear, please say them so i can fix them. Because im not seeing that. From what i saw with PM's, if you pressed close, the next time you opened any page, it would break. So i need you to identify which links are breaking it? You can not continue this fight. one close, then it breaks edit: another one, open your messages, then open any message, click close to shut it down and it will break too edit edit: after sending a reply, press cancel. Will do the same thing as close and break it. I have to reload website to get back to previous screen. I noticed that long since and it still occurs. I use Chrome 30.0.1599.69 m It happens when I use not only Chrom, but also on Firefox and Opera (latest versions). I will attach screen as fast as I can. Jubaris Posted October 16, 2013 Report Share Posted October 16, 2013 (edited) I played around with those pop-ups, and I repeated couple of 'creature-recruiting' and 'messages' pop-ups, closing them on the "X" or the "close" button, and after a 4th or 5th time they got broken. Maybe it has something to do with how fast you close them, being too fast (relatively), breaks them because something hasn't loaded...? Edit: Well, it isn't speed... Tried opening messages twice in a row and waiting a while... Second time is broken already.
