Almost definitely a bug on my end, just reporting it in case.

 

When purchasing the Regeneration Ritual of Vengeance (ID 35) I get the following:

That is displayed instead of the normal list of creatures it has effected, however it is still healing creatures, increasing my stats, and activating the trigger.
