Specific issue: Drunk,silvertonge, toadspeak, silence all insert data into blockchat table, this doesnt check if its already inside the table and therefore causes issues due to the database layout.

 

Steps to reproduce are unknown currently.

 

But its likely to be based on using these spells, and then speaking spamming chat.
