Well, as it says to report it, here's the report. I believe the sky visibility should instead be No Visibility for all locations.

Isn't this a suggestion? Not a bug?

 

Also unknown seems good as when in a dark prison, not seeing the outside world for days, weeks or even months...one would lose all sense of time and the motions of the outside world. Whilst you can't see the sky in places such as the underground, you are still able to go back outside and get an idea of what the sky is like around that area.

 

Seems quite a fitting little note for the prison...

Why is it a bug? When Mur assigned lands to people and gave them sky scouting devices, Prison was NOT on the list. And I think none of the sky scouters reach prison in order to use the item and assign sky visibility.
