Personal File Manager is Broken

When attempting to access any functionality that uses the the file manager, it doesn't even come remotely close to working, and instead spews:

for various lines, an absurd number of times.

The spewed error is indeed exactly the same.

I believe I have fixed this issue, had to fix up a load of methods for the new PHP version.
