context? what happened? what did you type? is it re-creatable? ingame search or forum search? what you put isnt very specific 

use a valid search query, using an invalid one will cause that error

As a note, I still havent seen any steps to reproduce this bug :(

Please. when reporting bugs, do not just give me a screenshot and let me guess how you reached it, but detail it too.

This helps massively as it gives me something specific to try rather than randomly trying to break it myself.

Hope I'm not out of line here, but opening up this particular thread causes the following for me:

I got this same result while using Chrome.  (It did not seem to even attempt using a GET query).

 

And, to clarify, my steps taken to reproduce this bug is to type any parameter (some of which had been used before successfully) and attempt to search for them.

I entered "useful reports are useful" and pressed enter
The below printscreen shows its broken <broken image>

I expected it to "show me kitties"

This has been deprecated for a while now and we need to upgrade. However I cant do that as I dont have access to the search site to generate the code. I am waiting on Mur to reply and then give me this code so that I can fix it.
