Would anyone be interested in being able to filter out announcements as follows:

 

- see only Stage [insert number] announcements

- see only announcements posted by player [insert name]

- see only announcements containing specified words/phrases

- see all but System announcements

- see only System announcements

- in light of the new Like system, see only the more popular announcements (n+ likes)

what about different catagory's for announcments too? Mur's psychotic ramblings. Bugs. Alliance's/public roles (i,e TK's, Dreamweaver needed, more LHO's need etc)

The category thing comes up now and then, I have a large number of announcements categorized but when doing it it always suffered from having the number exploding them becoming pretty useless.

As long as you don't have to reload / re-querry the database for every filtering , why not.

Add whatever filter.
