Basically have a minipet you can display and it would show up somewhere on screen for you, and potentially in certain tagged scenes for others as well! I've always loved minipets in games and this would give another aspect to creature collecting, sometimes people just like the looks and don't care for the combat abilties. Although maybe these minipets could even be expanded to take part in mini-combat (purely for fun) with other people's minipets in those specially tagged scenes. Other ideas are welcome. Report
August 2, 20205 yr comment_186476 I like pets, but I don't see them in MD. Maybe if they have to be taken care of...I'll grow some bushies at Plains of Tranquility. Report

January 16, 20251 yr comment_202832 I personally like the idea and think it could help boost some activity , an optional extra thing for people to do that requires you to take care of the pet. They could grow with age. Personally I'd like a cat or a parrot. Or maybe these should be unique MD pets not found in RL. Edited January 16, 20251 yr by Sir Blut Report
January 16, 20251 yr comment_202839 Agreed. This should be a thing. At the least let the vets get a MD pet, say for MD anniversary. I still haven't got a vet tag and I been here since 2009 same character and all. But would accept a pet as well in place of that if I don't meet the requirements for vet status Report
January 16, 20251 yr comment_202843 If you get it just for being a vet most of us that still login would just automatically get it whereas crafting it in some form or doing a quest or something would take more effort on our parts. And it would take forever for new players to get Edited January 16, 20251 yr by Sir Blut Report
January 17, 20251 yr comment_202856 @Mallos but look where Handy P. Is now. No more kitty cat... maybe actual active vets Report
