I am not entirely sure how to reproduce it, but it seems most likely to happen when youve opened up MD on a phone browser, and eventually close the browser app. The longer you wait before returning the more likely it seems to pop up. The actual scene does not change, all it does is refresh your entire page, and thus this seems low priority and an annoyance at worst.
