Today announcements said that shared tools returned, but they didn't.  I still have them, they don't go away on refresh, and they still work.

I believe I have fixed this, please let me know if they have returned now.

My shared tools are gone.

This happens when you grab some items at the Drunken Corpse 

It appears a number of shared tools have lost their name.

Several tool locations have had their tools lose their names, functionality appears intact

Happened again today - announcement but no actual tool recall.

Do we still think its happening?

The names are good.

I have the impression that the last tool recall was at the time of the announcement.  Definitely same day.
