Requests to GM's for "presentable" items

I (Fyrd Argentus) would like you to enchant my "Big red button" ID 235491.
When presented it should just say "Big red button".
The choices presented should be "A", "B", "C", "D", and "E"

In use of a trivia game, I would give the questions and possible answers in chat, then present the Big red button.  (Or the reverse if chat is not actually frozen).

{Edit, tested: You can do button then ask question only if you do not set a time limit - first answer is only one.  Thanks!}
