Seigheart Posted November 8, 2010 Report Posted November 8, 2010 I have recenty aquired a Shade, and now I am looking to name it. I have thought about naming it Penumbra, or maybe just Umbra do to its creature name, but maybe something original. What are your thoughts/suggestions? -Vic Quote
Burns Posted November 8, 2010 Report Posted November 8, 2010 Impossible, Marvolo is mine. No copying of my names, please. Quote
Pipstickz Posted November 8, 2010 Report Posted November 8, 2010 (edited) Mr. Happy, of course, because Shades are aaaaaaalways happy, as you can see by the smile on their faces http://storenow.net/my/?f=2405 Edited November 8, 2010 by Pipstickz Quote
Yala Sviseusen Posted November 9, 2010 Report Posted November 9, 2010 Haha! Happy shade.. I was saving the name Orpheus for my first shade but you can have it if you like. Even have a moderately stolen story for it.. In Greek mythology Orpheus used a lyre to charm Hades and save his wife. In Yalathology he didn't make it and was turned into a shade. Not really, I just made that last part up..doesn't fit MDology. Buut I think it's a good name nonetheless.. More names: Koli- coal or black Eyphah- gloomy Toshi- mirror Adarsa- " Abner- Father of light Lucian- Light SO...No matter your taste, here's a morsel. Forgive my wordiness, I'm painfully bored. dst Posted November 9, 2010 Report Posted November 9, 2010 (edited) Wrong section of the forum! Since when is a shade a legend? Or since when does a mere creature have a role? Edited November 9, 2010 by dst Quote
Shemhazaj Posted November 9, 2010 Report Posted November 9, 2010 I had a shade once, it's name was "man in the mirror" I don't have it anymore and the name prolly got changed... just saying *shrugs* Quote

Seigheart Posted November 9, 2010 Author Report Posted November 9, 2010 dst, it has it's own RP, therefore I opened the topic here. If you don't want it here, move it. By all means. Shem, I really liked your Man in the Mirror name, that is very interesting... Especially with the most recent topics by Mur. Quote
Shadowseeker Posted November 9, 2010 Report Posted November 9, 2010 If i recall correctly..it has been moved already? Mine has a cliche name =D. If you can't guess which, fail . Quote
Seigheart Posted November 9, 2010 Author Report Posted November 9, 2010 I didn't notice when I was reading the topic, sorry, SS. So far, I like the Man in the Mirror name, and Penumbra. Quote
Seigheart Posted November 14, 2010 Author Report Posted November 14, 2010 I would like to let everyone know that I have officially named my Shade; Man in the Mirror. A fitting alegory, if I do say so myself. Thank you! Quote
