aye kemp is always good follower of the GGG rules. Lightsage however has a complete disreguard for the GGG. Mistakes are one thing, completely ignoring rules to use the GGG as your own playground is another.

Complain to file against Lightsage... A constant breaker of the GGG idlers, and also known for using certain rituals "a spoiler" to gain victories and cause losses upon other people. For Loreroot, Necrovion, GG, and Marinds Bell WPs are not much of an issue, the kings/queens pass them out to who they see fit for using for quests. The issue is how about the other lands? MDA, Tribunal and the Underground have no way of being able to gain more WPS that I know of. I have had to drag out the 3 wps I have been given because as of now, I have no idea how to come upon more for quests. What about giving WPs to distribute amongst alliances. Alliance leaders could be given a much smaller number of WPs to distribute out for quests in the lands where there are no Kings/Queens. I'm just not sure how those who come up with great quests, that aren't part of the Kings/Queens lands, are going to have a way to progress quests properly. I mean no offense to anyone, but there are some people who make up horrible quests and hand out WPs all willy nilly, when there are extremly talented quest makers who have no way of aquiring more WPs (besides hoping Mur hands out more).

i know why??? *evil grin* We shall set up a few meetings. Glad to see you apply, and will enjoy the introduction to hopefully a membership. *edit* Application accepted. Welcome to the Caretakers, and welcome back to the realm.

so say you need 3 raw materials for an item. that's 90 silver AND a WP for an item. Hmm that doesn't make it so anyone under 200 days old can get one...nooo. Thats fair for the main population of md...yyyaaahhh....... *turn sarcasm off*

i like that idea much more king. Also just an idea, in wrestling we kept score trough each match you got points. 3 points for a take-down, 5 points for a pin, 1 point for a stand-up, etc. You could also set it up like that so many points for most ve taken, points if its a victory, points for the win itself, all totaled at the end for final team points. But yah i like the idea of the competition being more a "team" event then a "i have 6 drachorns with 20 tokes and can't be stopped" event. I love the idea though and look forward to its implementation. It will give people something to do with all those hours of training:D.

rulers....i havn't seen much of yirth in some time. Does he still play often? He as far as I know is the only person who has an exit spell for the GG. Perhaps there should be one or two other influential GGer who can have acess to that spell would fix the problem for those getting out. Assuming that in/out spells like yirths and marvolos still work.
-
I like the idea, though I doubt you would see much action. Not trying to be negative, but in reality there are a few people in different alliances who have an overbearing advantage over everyone else. I would think you will see these same people over and over again in the *final four* that alot of people would lose interest. As far as i see it shadow your reference "You set times, and what if the players cannot attend them solely because it's the way you set?" "17. If participant didn't show up in the match, or didn't fight he lost the battle and his opponent get won fight and go in the next stage." I would assume he will have a general time frame and those that sign up will have to be wary of it, should they lost a battle for their alliance by a no-show.

i brought this up some time ago. I have been trying to create an item for some time, but people want a drachorn, 30 silver, or one of my REAL ITEMS. They all say the same thing, "Well I need them so I can be at the top of the Item Owners list." This tells me two things. 1. You are really shallow to think that owning raw materials makes you more important. 2. You are so self centered, and care so little about the game, that holding the raw materials means more then selling them for a reasonable price so that people can get items made. I see often enough the people who can create Items and I haven't seen any new items created in some time. A main reason, besides the raw mats issue, is WPs. While WPs have gone up in distribution, they have gone down considerably in the way they are distributed. People are making quests too difficult. RPCs when they were around often timed kept a good balance. Difficult but something that the general population can handle. Now you see either noone completing the quests, or ROUGHLY the same circle of people winning. This is not ALWAYS the case, but deffinatly for the most part.
-
for the most part we do. Its usually just a copy and paste from whatever file we have the quest written and stored on. Either in Q pages or in Quest Results forum in No Mans Land area.

if you are looking for silver for it, the average exchange rate is 15silver=1gold

i agree...raw materials should not be allowed to have workings I also think that items that were forged (mats gathered and WPs used) should take more imporance over the rest. The were the hardest to have made, so should take presedence on their power. I have a question though....is it saying your items will be traded off to people when you log off? Or does it mean that when the item is passes the powers are passed along with it?

my question is what is considered an alt and what is considered a main? Is a main the character with the most active days? Or the character originally started? Some people started characters, didn't like them, and created others (such a myself) and play those as mains. Im just curious as to the distinction between alt and main

I was curious as the what people though of the value of Reigndrachorns, compared to the rest of them. Please vote on the poll before you leave a reply. Thank you

Item-Chain of Mercy Description-With a large spike on one end and a hefty locking cuff on the other. This chain was built to hold the strongest of man or demon. Could also be used as a devastating weapon for whose who would learn to wield it. I would like to see it have 2 uses with recharges every month like spells are recharged every month 1. Movelock- Since it was built to hold someone down i think 5 movelocks a month would be awseome. 2. ChangeinWeapon- I would love it if i could change into a weapon, or be a large stat increase. 5 recharges, and the spell lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours doesn't seem like too much overpowering. I have had this chain made and carry it as a part of my character for a long time. (200 dayish) I spent a Wish Point and about 30 days in questing for the materials for it, so I think it should be powerful, just not overpowerful. item-Yellow herbs description-Herds used for medicine. Yellow kind/ Either a small heal spell usable 5 times a month, or the ability to "cure ailments" like movelock, attacklock, and things like that.

i agree burns. DST is a "explicit hunter" as I call it, and while she may have a negative impact on people coming into MD, I love her personality and rambunctiousness. Though I think at times she could direct it in a better fashion, she has for long and long been playing her role, and as you mentioned really well.

"When did being a likeable person save you from the attacks of fighters? It might have helped against the socalled roleplayers, but those are not interested in fighting either way, they sit out at GGG or hide in a sanctuary, as Phan already elaborated." You kiddin me? Zeiphenier was a perfect example of that. Most people never thought about attacking him because he was liked by so many. Fighters and RPers alike. Compared to Jim Bob, who would have 50 times the losses Z would have if he just idled in an attackable area. "You are in a position to not care for balance anymore, for you are one of those who never fights either way, and as long as nobody comes to demolish your balance deliberately, you won't ever get into troubles. Others do, simply because they didn't know that they'd be screwed when they got too many losses, and are too weak to make up for them. There is no flashlight pointing you to the 1000-mark and telling you that the game is over when you reach it, and anybody who hasn't been there to see what happened when it was implemented will probably never know until it's too late" I was there same as you Burns, though a lot younger, and I remember the masses of tree rituals the same. You can't tell me most victories aren't based on the age of the character. from the MP3 that has a max elemental, to the MP5 who has 8 GG drachorns from when they were actually still being produced. As you have seen, the "flashlight at -1000" is pointing twards that for many players. Vets and all having to hide from the barbarians who take only the pleasure in fighting anything they touch in this game. People hell bent on nothing but attacking people without emotions or freindship to gain stats. A "Mobsters Player" as some would say. Duels you say. I haven't many of those. Either you have the GGGer, the idler, or the demolisher...how long did you say rounds last for you?

i love the analogy malaikat. The difference, and the flaw...is that the clock parts don't produce new clock parts. We as a civilization breed new generations. I am an extremely devout Lutheran, but I don't look at the purpose to be set twards the "designer". I look as the purpose to be set for the next generation of clogs and gears, as you put it. "In 100 years from now it won't matter what kind of car I drove, what kind of suit I wore, or what kind of food I ate. What will matter is the difference I made in the life's of those who will see the future." One of my favorite quotes. So as you can see I think the meaning of life is the preservation of life for the next. Therefore "For instance, how would morality or social responsibility be altered if the illusion of purpose were to be shattered for the majority?"....the illusion of purpose would never be shattered unless the reproduction of children happened. I have always fully believed, that if when I died and moved to a better place, that if one person said "His life helped make a positive difference in my life" then I think the meaning of life was answered right there.

ok here we go *turns rant on* Many people who play now a days don't remember this, but once upon a time everyone didn't sit idle for days at a time. Used to after you were done playing you logged off, or you "slept" in a sanctuary. A main reason the Defensive Quarter, and Wind's Sanctuary were always such busy places. Batilla saying you as a fresh MP5 with too many losses is pure and simply your own fault. Most MP5s when we first turn over can't hardly attack anyone due to the honor issue of being so much more balanced then the vets. With the recent months of the vets crawling out of their 1000 loss balance to a couple hundred, this isn't near the issue it was when I first changed into an MP5. I heard an MP4 complaining the other day about needing several hundred victories, and was asking for free ones. This is the most absurd thing I have ever heard of. This goes down to the "Victory Ground" and its absurdity. MP3's and MP4's, I understand the GGG changed play a little since I was there, but you are for the most part around the same age ranges. If you have that much problem with creatures and battling, I suggest you work more on your RP!!!! skills. Become a likeable person so less attacks occur, and you really get into it when you start RPing with alliance big wigs who will watch out for you. The Dojo was a training place yes, but most of the time there were few idle people compared to the active people who were rping, and asking each other for battles. ALMOST LIKE DUELING OR SOMETHING!!!! Instead of attacking sleeping people. I think a lot of the issues with the Dojo at the end, and now the Sparring Grounds is exactly that, its less actual dueling and more attacking idle players who have the same ritual set 1,00000 times or creatures with 10 ve that give you 100 xp in the win. *rant off*
