[b]Inflation[/b] I think we should take some measures to avoid inflation. I am no expert but I think we should put a limit on item's values so the don't turn over-priced. I cannot determine an amount but if somebody asks 20 MDS for an item, I believe we should not pay that quantity. An equilibrium of wealth is also needed, for that I am promoting the spread of the MDS. I also suggest to avoid excesive item's collections (6 items= excesive), that way items can spread too and don't become priceless exentricities. Mining can get you really valuable stuff, but how valuable that stuff is depends on two factors... what you find and how rare it is. A gold coin will always have the value of a gold coin (only in MD, because the outer world is fucked up long ago already). A chunk of pure gold or a uncut diamond or a shard however, will have variable value and probably will slowly settle to a fixed currency over time. I actually want to make something semi-automated to allow you to convert such valuable resources into coins! I would like to know why is exchange ratio 15 silver for 1 gold? Is there some sort of stabilizing factor for that ratio? I personally don't see it, since both are used only for purpose of exchange. Is there some indicator of amount of each type of coins in circulation so that it would have ratio of 15:1? OR Is this just community's stubbornness or will to have solid exchange ratio backed up by nothing that would justify it's agreed value?
