Lawsuit against Eon

Featured Replies

I also woke up in GG, this being the second time in two days and have a complaint.

Why does he get all the blame for attacking players? I did my fair share of hitting you guys too, except.. I bursted.. I think he was kind in gathering many players asleep and giving players the opportunity to train and also he helped lower the viscosity of GG.. what a kind guy. *applauds*

Side note, I only have one screen shot of the people Eon teleported over but I know for fact he was the one who did it all three times as I saw all 3 of the spell casted and that each time it was casted his ID was in trigger box next to sendtolighthouse.

Happened to me too, of course.

a) The only "crime" I see here is messing with Mur's cauldron play-testing - and that, being a slight to Mur, is for Mur to take objection to.

b) Surely all those powerful spell-slingers out there can find ways to annoy Eon back, if they so choose. Leave him stranded in a place he can't grind and he'll be miserable. Or perhaps Eon is not annoying anyone with power, or powerful friends? I don't think he's that selective. (Harassment of an individual or targeted group is harassment, it's something else when he hits everybody).

This to me is not a court matter but more a matter for Golemus to deal with.
Grido entered into an agreement and that agreement to me has been broken.
So from my point of view whom should i be punishing :D

This is a matter for Myself and the Golemus leaders to talk over and i dont see why it
was put into the court.

The faxt is EON has NOT broken any realm rules bar the one i put on the sale of that spell
There has been necrovians ported into Golemus and that in its self is a BIG issue.
As it is i will now look for a way to punish one of the 2 involved in this sale once it has been
decided by the land leaders.

In future you should bring this sort of issue to the kingship and NOT the court. It has no place here

Windy was suing Eon for teleporting her repeatedly to Golemus, not because he broke an agreement with Grido (which is probably not known until someone else mentioned it here). I think it was perfectly fine to direct the case to the court instead of kings.

I don't really think there is anything here that should have been brought to lawsuit in the first place though..

i will not handle this trial, if there is/will be a trial you will submit it to the Council. I don't want to handle such a trial myself because i am strongly biased in this. My opinion is that its at least hilarious and at most a land/citizen matter , not a "crime" in any possible way. It amuses me badly what i read here.

Its like complaining about someone attacking you. These spells are limited and if he plans to keep doing it he has to acquire such stones again. I don't think it was planned for him to turn it in his new hobby to do that. I also won't put a rule on how the spells should be used, thats the whole point of having rare and consumable spells, to adjust indirectly their use.

The dude actually spent coins or whatever he did to get those spell stones to throw you people to GG, used them as they were intended to be used, to move people to the lighthouse, for whatever reason the owner of the spell considers.

options:
1) he might have discovered a bug to use spells without stones or repeat the use for more casts, or so. I doubt it, but that would be the only thing that will change this into an issue for me to handle.
2) only reaction i could possibly have to this is to _REMOVE_ the sendtolighthouse spell from play. I have something against spells that change the location of a player. That will also mean no sendtogazebo spell and so on. WIll also mean a precedent and future spells restricted from put into stones, not sure how much i like that.
3) Council might decide Eon is punishable, even invent a rule to make him punishable, whatever, i really dont care to interfere over their decisions. This reply is not a final answer in any way.

At this moment you should think what if spells would have been regenerable for all and widely available. And recently I was sked if ban stones should exist, imagine that.

@WINDY - You should have used the opportunity to come to goe for the tests, as i told you, cauldron and such were perfectly suited for your role, but as it seems i might give you some roots one day instead of tools.

Lucky he chose the 'Power Option' ;)
