Twice now I have been teleported to GG. I'm pretty sure the culprit is Eon. LHO sent me a link he found.

he bought the stone himself. He's not doing anything terrible with it. It's like people claiming that Dst abuses her spell. It's completely asanine.

He bought it with his own money, how he uses it, is up to him. There is no rule stating: Player w cannot use spell x for y reason for z amount of times.

It's not going to do anything and complaining about it is just going to dig you into a deeper and deeper hole, and likely get you sent there another time.

I to was teleported to GG while helping Mur test the Cauldron..... This is unacceptable to just throw people around and see how they sqwirm when they are trying to work

I see no crime. GG have a way out and ANYONE is allowed to use their spells as they wish.

Disruptive, sure, but then again, we have to take into account the freedom of spells this game implores, perhaps eon should be punished not by lawsuit but by people being angry with him, i was also teleported.

And you really think that will change anything. Eon is well.... Eon. I doubt he cares if you hate him or not. This it's not something to complain about. It's something that is technically allowed and well you have to deal with it.

I didn't say that it would do much, i just said thats probably the only way we can punish him, we could all pile on eon or something, but Eon will avoid this bullet somehow, i'd say this was a little malicious seeing as he mostly sent his worst "enimies" there because i know eon still holds a grudge over me and i just "happened" to end up in GG a day later, i think he is mixing logic with emotions, which can be a terrible concoction.

Windy, this will not go to trial. This is stupid.

If he did something to you, you can either suck it up and deal with it, or you can get back at him.

Unfortunately spells can be used for almost anything as long as they don't break MD rules. This, though childish and school bullyish, does not break any MD rules and therefore cannot be brought to trial.

Perhaps plot some revenge?

p.s. Curi is there really any need to use swear words? Windy does not deserve to be spoken to in such a disrespectful manner. People are allowed to be displeased when a good chunk of their MD playtime has been disrupted by a childish prank.

I'm sorry, I thought the court was EXACTLY FOR such things. If somebody breaks rules, it's easy to say they should be punished, that has no need of a jury or judge, that's just wasting time delaying the inevitable. However things that blur the lines of social acceptability are things that SHOULD go to court, or at least such behavior should be shunned by the community. You people may think "Oh now, we're powerless against Eon, he's just gonna do what he does" but SOMEBODY gave him the ability to use the spell, through a memory stone, did they not?

Mur said he will teleport away idle people, back at the memory stones meeting, and he is meant to be an evil demon. Do you know where the evil demon teleported me when I was idle? GoE, one step away.

If you have been done wrong against by someone, teach them to not do it again.

There are SO many ways to get even with someone in MD, it ridiculous.

Let people get away with using bugs? I would like to see how it is after one of you get teleported not 5 minutes after wasteing time getting out of GG? Get revenge? Really? It's not illegal to teleport somebody to attack them.

Uh... I am VERY positive that he's not

1. Stupid enough to do that and..
2. That you and a bunch of others put yourself in this predicament

5. Eon is Eon. He likes to fight, and he likes to use simple mechanics of the game to make people angry. Why? Because they -put it on their selves.-

I, too, came into the game, to find myself at the LightHouse and sure enough, it didn't take Eon more than a few minutes before he attacked me. Fortunately, I have the capability to transport out. I see Windy's point though. Windy was transported not once but twice to the Lighthouse within 5 min of having arrived there the first time.

Eon has the right to walk the lands attacking other players. That is a fact and original spirit of the game. However, to abuse a stone's power excessively and without cause; to transport people to GG for the sole purpose to attack them is lazy and unsportsmanlike conduct in my opinion.

I spoke with Grido who sold Eon the GG Transportation Stone and he said the only agreement before the sale was that Eon was not to use it on Necrovions. If this has occurred, then there might be some basis for suit for breach of verbal contract. However, that would be up to the citizens of Necrovion, and not Windy.

I am not sure about the others but I am a Necrovion who woke up at the Lighthouse.

I spoke with Eon, he explained to me, no harm done.

Wherever I am, whether it is a meeting or a battleground it doesnt matter to me. I can do both. I took this as a very nice opportunity to do some roleplaying which I missed SO much in MD AND do some training just for the fun of it.

Instead of throwing accusations, insulting, assaulting people on the forums and therefore within the game, why don't you people just try to enjoy every moment inside of it as it is? There will always be those who only want to fight, those who only want to roleplay. Learn to adjust and move on.

So, from this i would say that a trial would only be viable if multiple people came to complain.

As a side note, You have evidence i trust? It would be a pretty short trial if it consists of "i think he teleported me..."

I was teleported to GG, too...while i was idle at the fenth press...i wont idle again..i'll gest log off...one can't make an strategy to follow when wake up in another place suffering alot of atacks....
