Perhaps this belongs in a separate topic... Have wishpoints ever been used for anything other than item crafting or wish shop acquisitions?

Inner Magic is another usability, though the instances I heard of were always rumors, never "proven" if you want.

A long time ago back when WPs where little notes on hidden logs and Shoeps was GM, We had an option to use WPs to get a tag and description (I think it was like 2 WPs). That how I originally ended up getting my tag...

Not sure if anyone else ended up doing this though, most people got rewarded them. (makes me wonder if its actually all just in my head O.o)

Some spent their WPs for credits: 1 WP=5 credits. I know at least 1 case when WPs got removed and credits were given.

Oh right, the old options..totally forgot those. It used to be 3 WP for a tag.

There was also WP for name change, and back then K docs were initially not in the shop (but cost WP as well- it used to be two WP). IIRC it was 2 WP for a tag (being the most expensive among the old wish shop options - I think there was like 4 or 5 total)

...are you sure about it being 2? I could swear it was 3...

Q doc originally cost one or two WP for those who weren't RPCs. Nowadays you don't need to spend wp to get them.

Wishpoints represent wishes. In theory you could get any kind of wish granted for it if you go about it the right way, in practice they will be used in the wish shop and when making items.

wish shop wishes could cover tags and even custom requests as well eventually. too soon for that but as things get more and more organized and better integrated ..eventually everything will be covered.
