Eros is the greek god of love, not sure if that goes under playername used in scene-subtitle.

I'd rather worry about quoting alice, copyright etc.

So in summary, I'd say it is all "kosher"

The Road to Love, works in combination with the scene description as well (I don't think any reference to the road to ERO would make sense)

Player names are not ok to put in location sub-titles - I get that.

But the ones that existed before that rule was put into place are allowed to remain?

I assume you mean locations like Alche's Alley, and the Plains of Liberty? Those names are in the location title, which is allowed. Its the SUBtitles that can't have player names.

Actually, Plains of Liberty and Jester's Door are subtitles, Tribunal has no scene names.

As for the actual character name thing, I always assumed they were left as they were because Jester and Liberty are not only names, but I could be wrong.

Player names are not forbidden from scenes. It is the scene title change wish which may not be used to add player names.

a few scenes were named by me with player names, on diffrent occasions, as a reward or gift or whatever it was to those players. It is forbidden for someone to name a scene with reference to his name by using a the subtitle name change wish. The names i gave with the playername in them are named either in the actual title as such or in the coordinates, something you cant change, so dont compare with those.

so is this scene going to be changed?

It's not the player's name, why would it be changed?
