There is no such warning because the fact you're spending real money is obvious, and what you're getting is virtual is also obvious per the description of each item in the shop.
In any other game where you might die, you would be reset, lose stats, equipment, creatures or whatever else you've listed, what have you actually lost here? You still retain everything on your account you had prior to being killed. There are even ways to be revived so that you can then use such things again.
I am failing to understand your reasoning for asking for your avatars back here, you have lost absolutely nothing whatsoever, yet you seem to somehow believe you've lost everything. Death is not the end, it's merely another way to play.

You sold the avatars to MD, you were given credits for them, there were no conditions relating to your continuing playing or living happily ever after in MD after you sold them. You have no leg to stand on to ask for them to be removed from MD.

anyways, ya still have yoar drachs, the fact that ya cant use them ATM is completly different problem from wut ya ask in here, if there was situation in which ya wouldnt be able to do anythin with them, then yoar complain would be oke, but like this, ya still have drachs, ya can still trade them, ya can still keep them in yoar collection, ya can work onto revival (btw seighhart didnt do shit about his revival, follow his example and ask somebody to volunteer for yoars too, obviously only yoar initiative is needed)

Nobody else has had features in the game shop to revive, and lo and behold they got revived, pretty sure no payment happened for their revival, you were merely offered a straight forward method for your revival - with the drachs+tokens I am certain you could raise 20gc easily ~if you chose~.
Alternatively other players have been revived through community effort, you have made 0, zero, zilch, nada, no effort whatsoever to get revived, try it if you don't like the price asked, costs you nothing.

You made the effort in drawing the avatars, yes, but you SOLD them, THEY ARE NO LONGER YOURS, you have no input over how they are used anymore. You got paid your creds for them, you CHOSE to spend the creds on the drachs and tokens, nobody forced you to, it's definitely not MDs fault you spent your payment on things you can't use at this present moment.

Legally, MagicDuel owns your drawings, so they have no right to comply with a request for their removal. If this seems unfair to you, then you should have read the contract you entered when you submitted your artwork. Unless the Council or Mur decides to do something totally unprecedented by removing all of your drawings from the game (the issue of removing avatars has been dealt with before in case you're curious, see Ann. 1453, two credits were given for each one removed) because you asked. Demanding your avatars be removed is something like demanding sex on the first date, you messed up in regards to the community. Nonetheless, I will be making some inquiries and doing some small tasks to attempt to assist you. No promises.

Honestly while I have heard of you, I have never seen you do anything of importance enough to be killed. Before there were VERY few people who had the ability to kill. With Mur handing out things like that like candy with the anniversary, i know of at least 4 people now who have the ability. Unfortunately when you give the bad guys a gun....they are going to shoot someone. I, too, was killed before... merely for trying to get Seigheart ressurrected. But as you can see, I was revived after a while and went on playing as if nothing had happened.

Death in this case is not permanent as you seem to be suggesting... but you do need to take some action yourself in order to be revived, and by that I do not mean paying someone to revive you. You have to attract attention and get people to care about you.

I can tell you that, if it were up to me, you would not have the avatars removed. There is action that you can take but you are not doing that. This is not about money, as you seem to think-- it is about roleplay that you are not participating in.

Maybe in a world where murder an end. But where there are numerous ways to be reborn, i see no issue with it. If you felt so strongly about it before, why did you not campain to "jail" the people who have killed before, For example when the monarchs were killed.
