umm lets see, ya get item effect removed? its thats how its called now? being alive a normal state? being dead is perma neg thing? well to some yes, but to some not and for those who want to change it have big problems

last time i checked revival costed 20gc on market, for ya even more, alternative was priceless help from whole community, but that was obviously only one time thing, and now with molq, which is again hard thing to do

so when we look up all the facts ya are usin tk resources to get yoar ass revived which in turn will save ya a lot of fuss ya would have to do if ya were to do it molquert-way (assuming its even possible for ya do it, well molq q is hard thing ya said it yoarself and nobody managed to do it yet) or in other way it would save ya tons of gold

oh also i dunt have to remind ya ppl that spartiatis left game cuz of this "worthless item effect" seigh is tryin to get removed

as for this idea... its not well explained, do i get "random" creat for every choice in story, do i get some discounts for those creats at recruit places, do i get "exclusive" ability to recruit those creats from story choice onwards, or do i get one "random" creat per choice in story, which doesnt seem logical to me since it would mean limited creats and sacrifice and trade mechanics wont work anymore and would need to be removed due to this which wont happen

maybe most logical idea would be that due to story choices made you increase chance of gettin specific creat but it would still be random pick, now catch here would be that you dont get creat but you get limit increased for recruiting that specific creat (which would mean all creats are open for recruiting but only to those that got that right from story choices), so this wouldnt affect saccin problem, nor trading... in fact it would encourage trading, but noob creats would need to be available to everyone cuz first choice in story is after beating shades...

and to even more discourage mapping of this "increase of chances" due to decision, i say that you wont know what you got until the end of whole chapter of story instead after each decision, if it would be after each decision folks could count what they got most for that decision and easily see which creat chances it would increase

so ch0 1 choice, ch1 3 choices, ch2 3 choices, ch3(mp5 only thing and not yet available to all mp5s) 1 choice
so from begging of mp3 till end of mp5 thats 21-22 creats.... which isnt enough due to amount of slots you can obtain, which is another problem

edit:but yeah still fresh mp3 has 16 slots, and if he can recruit only 7 creats plus aramor and barren soul which should be free to all, trading would be encouraged coz he could say hey man wanna swap heretic archer for ele, which would mean he gives archer and he can rerecruit it and he got ele from other player, so i guess its fine

in end, for idea of getting creats story wise rather than current recruit method, it requires a lot of thought and work to put into this since this is one those mechanics that are foundation of whole combat system, but yeah its nice idea, in fact, mur had similar idea and it was about rare/powerful creats, like drachs, angys, shades, which you were supposed to unlock during storymode... well actually to unlock path to their recruiting place... but as mp7 changed to illusions and mp6 to protector, and with ch4 not being written, with ch3 implemented only by small part, ch3 is fully written afaik but second half of it misses drawings, and as game developed further story didnt fall that much right into it since roles now do very important part which story was supposed to do

part of me thinks that storymode is still here cuz mur wasnt sure what to do yet about it since story yields certain messages which are also core foundation of game (althought all those mixups atm dont make any sense if one doesnt understands development process very well), but yet i have doubts that since mp2 stage didnt worked that good story is still here to guide new players, mainly ch0 and ch1

so in that sentence some chronology is messed up (i cant know that since in al it doesnt mentions khal regaining leadership... and i cant remember when exactly that happened) and something isnt right, army without leader? that didnt made war over... according to al dst and no one made it by destroying alliances and that resulted in no forces opposing shades so they vanished since nothing was opposing them to make counterbalance to keep them alive as said in 283 and somewhere else in there as well, so then woddy quit fighting them since shades got defeated without fight

aha i see.... wanna ask him to verify that? becoz i dont see how that doesnt falls down on alliances, since only players in alliances are affiliated with land, and alliances are inside land, so ya cant refer to it that it doesnt falls down on individual players, becoz there are none, only players are players inside alliance, and in war when one player of some alliance get involved... opponents count that as whole ally got involved, and there is no excuse that will save that ally from war, and alliances are ones that represents lands, there is nothin else except them, when something is referred to specific land, that means it falls down to all players within all alliances that are inside that land

if that up there isnt true, then tell me on what could mur refer when he mentions land/s if not on lands alliances and that then falls down to theirs members

md was supposed to be pokemon game, but mur didnt had money to buy licence, so he made up creats, similarity? players can fight only with creats(pokemons) against each other, and there are 6 creats max per ritual(just like poke fight), so have fun playin what was supposed to be poke duel

edit: not to mention that after lifeline did research on md and somehow found connection to pokemons, it didnt took long till he got crown.... conspiracy is very deep in here

bring back spark of md, wheres inner magic and other elements of game that kept ppl intrigued and really pinned to the game, that somethin which was beyond the game itself, md was always for me more than a game, now... now its just a game, when it comes to combat its just another click-to-grind game, when it comes to rp its awesome sandbox, althout i like chews idea of new coders, burns idea of remake of combat, seighs idea of major changes, it all falls towards improving md into better game, but at cost of its soul, i am personally not here for game, i am for somethin of higher value that stretches beyond game itself, if it were about combat no matter how good or even if i was the best, i wouldnt be playin this game more than 2 months, if it were about rp, no matter if i could become anythin my imagination ever desired, i wouldnt be playin more than 3 months, if it were about quality of player base and relationships, i wouldnt be playin more than 4 months, truely by end 08 i would quit the game, only thing that made me stay and return is the endless potential to awe and explore new things which are unseen to me ever before, finding connections about things that have never been found before by anybody and attempt to figure out how to do the "impossible", becoz exploring magic concepts made you feel that way, all of this were ideas md was based on, seein game move away from that special base spice is very hard for me to accept

in both cases names were put up for historical purpose

difference is, in this case it is put as an insult, if it got renamed into Plains of Love or somethin alike then there wouldnt be any basis for complaint

its pretty clear that reason for name changed by unknown person was to insult, s/he pretty much said that Liberty=Everlasting Stench, and since that person who changed name didnt spoke up anywhere about this name change, then its obvious its all about insult, if person had any good intentions/reasons for namechange s/he would speak up but instead s/he decided to remain silent becoz why would s/he stand up if his/her intention is to insult

i wonder wut would you do if your name got equalized with everlasting stench? wouldnt you get insulted? thats clear breakin of rule for scene name change

oke so lets think a bit about it, why akasha and alche didnt got the book? hmm its somehow mystery, all i know is that cube/book protects its self, but also lets think a bit again about it, why cube, whats inside it? well inside it is what you put into it, if we look at cube which angien "pulled out of ground and smashed it to release/create our realm" then other cube golemus brothers used to create golem, but cube went unstable and golemus golemicarum was result, so in both cases cubes lost their shape/stability and created new world or new part of it, so in order to do something like that, i mean to create realm/world/universe, what ever, so principals are rules on which world is based on, so lets imagine universe, well to make it simple imagine a cube and put in it all principals ya want, it could be 1,2,3,5,10,20, etc principals, its up to you to think of how many you can imagine and put into one pile, so this principals are rules, so you assigned this rules to your imagined world, and this world will continue to grow/evolve/expand/(wot ever), by this rules (principals), so to cut other staff out i will just say that my point is that cube COULD be itself book of principals coz in it are principals, well it could be that its real book in cube, i mean book with explanations, written by hand, but it could be my first guess that it is called "book" becoz of metaphorical meaning

also dont get me wrong i dont think in cube is other world, i just think in it are principals and nothing else, principals wont shape anything if in it is just space/nothing, and principals are balanced inside it, so nothing can work out, first cube i mentioned in here built this realm only after angien "released" it, so principals got in touch with energy/matter and world got created, in second example cube it self was created by base elements but there was only 3 of them, so without 4th element there was no balance and cube got unstable

once mur said when inner magic put its step into game, that inner magic wasnt made for md but md was made for inner magic, concept of inner magic.. didnt improved, even worse it went forgotten, with dismissal of rpcs, inner magic docs were unable to be redistributed, and before that happened they were just used as collectibles, principals as laws of this realm, arent used in way they were meant to be used, now they fuel tokens, they arent used anymore to think about things, to try using them for something great and unusual (inner magic), this concept with inner magic and principals was most important aspect of game which was meant to teach, made ya think, made ya use your brain...

that key element isnt only one that died, story mode... it became unimportant, not much closed locations anymore as well, poems of locations lost its meaning, nobody cares for them, signs at entrance to each land... huh? who reads it? afaik story mode was also only one that made connection of creats with us, today in md... in everyday rp how often do we have creats involved for anything? players are merchants, warriors, not circus tamers or TCG cards owners, why do i say that? simple.. creats are those days to rpers second part of game.. like Magic: The gathering is to us irl, ya trade creats, ya play some fighting that has nothin to do with ya, to fighters thats only aspect of game, now why would warrior with sword or somethin need tree to fight with? from rp view that got created in md which is realistic or godmoding one, md creats arent used in it, and in those rp situations where ya use them.. idk if it can be said that they are used as it was meant to use them

and now... adventure log died as well it seems

tell me what is AL today? what is story mode today? what are poems today? what are principals today? what is inner magic today? what is md's background story today? traces of it everywhere, but still... its used for nothing, does anyone that is older than 2 months in this game notice those things anymore? i dont think so

story mode and AL got fully replaced by papers and "casual rp" of all sorts....
poems and lands descriptions mean nothing, everyone has same opinion about every location and acts same, all they care is if location is crowded or is it remote one, thats all

this is current situation about those things in md

papers are giving big freedom to players to express themselves, yes
kings will assure human judgment on players
but lately md is getting more and more automatized, and kinda more and more towards game that is actually click to advance
md script is cool yeah but now... game can be 100% played without any contact with players, ya just roam around mainly at mdp and ggg, to improve your stats and creats, if ya want wp for something just do automated quests, but somethings keeps players socialized, is it theirs high need for socialization or are the "forgotten" parts of this game that makes them ask around when they start playing and fires up theirs curiosity? fact is that lately there didnt came much new players that stayed for longer time, and if ya ask players that are in here for longer time wot made them stay in md, wot made them keep playing, they will most likely say one of this "forgotten" parts of game

question is... if md removes those parts of game which arent used, is md then still md or is just like any other game?

idk and idc wot ya will say but i am one of those players that like revealing mystery, i wanna know wot happened next in story mode, i wanna know about inner magic and principals uses, i wanna know meaning of storymode story, meaning of AL since it had its message to tell each time, i wanna know meaning of poems, i wanna know more about creats, many creats dont have description, some creats like barren soul contain description that is related to ancient lore which got banned, and many more things, i cant think anymore if i could i would most likely wrote more, this is all i have to say for now

yea you understand me, this problem came out to me when i started to play this game, this game requests better understanding of english, lots of topics and lots of theories are very mind-wise, i was never at any english forum that is that much mind-wise and requires so much explaining theories, since if i want to talk with smart ppl i have some very good forums that are in my mother language

this problem isnt so much seen in theories i write in forum and in other places, since it isnt real time communication, i have time as much as i want to tell something, to reedit things, this is so much of a problem in chat, when i need to say something very fast, and i dont know how to say it, which words to choose, would i be understood, etc
