Watermarking Pictures

Featured Replies

Anyone know a ~good~ free programme that I can watermark images with? (Preferably not a free-trial)

The watermark itself should be resizeable/scaleable so that I can use it on smaller images as well as larger ones.

Thanks :)

LE: I have looked through google a bit, but some ask for card details cos of free trial, others are generally rubbish. Was hoping someone here had used/found a decent one.

You could try IrfanView. It allows batch editing, as well as overlay, according to the features page. Available for free, as well. I've used it before to change color images to greyscale, but that's it. http://www.irfanview.com/

lol dude....

yeah i agree with wookie, gimp works perfectly fine, any image editin tool that is more advanced than paint has this option

last time i checked adobe acrobat (pdf maker) has watermark feature since ages ago, i even think that ya can add watermark in ms word >_> however aint sure of it

I'll also agree GIMP is a wonderful free program that supports layers and many other "photoshop-like" features.

I never used it,

but they say that, the free version after the delay still work for watermarking, just few options than the paid version
