Talk button obscures chat box

I know this got worked on, and the wrap issue fixed, but... you still can't SEE the last 3-4 characters typed on the first line of the chat box.  They are covered by the TALK button.

Some tweaks have been made to the talk button to position it better and generally improve talking. Feedback on the forum is always appreciated.
