Suing Fenrir

Featured Replies

I, dst, am suing fenrir. I am suing him for slander, harassment and threats.

I have sent my petition and part of the print screens already. If necessary, I will post them here also.

But for the moment it is not the case.

I want this thread to be just an announcement. Please don't comment in here. Not now. Since I am directly involved I will not moderate the thread but I will ask the other mods to keep this clean.

Thank you!

Announcement:

"New Trial, dst against Fenrir Greycloth, reason: "slander, harassment and threats". Trials page will be updated soon. Both parts please send your version of the story to me by email specifying a clear and descriptive subject line. Include all proof you have and name witnesses you want to call. I will be just moderating this suit. If any of the parts should chose to be represented by a lawyer, you need to email me the name of that lawyer for confirmation and after that the lawyer can speak in your name on matters related to this process. The outcome will be decided by a JURY I will pick as best as I can and for there own protection I will not make them public until the trial ends. Jury will be presented with both sides versions of the stories and they ask they own series of questions. The level of punishment to be applied on the convicted, I will decide. Please note that in a trial here, any of the involved parts can end up being guilty if it turns out to be the case, not just the accused part."

if you somehow don't know my email where to send this. ask. I will not consider info sent on forum or game pm.

Everything that has happened has happened in plain sight (aka on the forum). So everyone that has read the forum and especially the topic fenrir dedicated to me is a potential witness. If anyone wants to be a witness please PM me (in game or forum).Nothing has been hidden so basically no witnesses are needed. I am doing this only to comply with the rules.

Thank you,
dst

Update:I have sent my part. I have named my witnesses.

However, I wish to say something seeing fenrir's latest mood panel statement
(quote so you'll know what I am referring to:
Fenrir Greycloth - Anyone that has ever been stalked, harassed by dst, please come forth. This is your chance to put an end to her abuse.
)

I am suing fenrir. I am not suing anyone else. I base my statement and proofs of what he did to ME. Not to anyone else! I have proofs of things he did to others but it's not my concern because I am not a lawyer to speak for others. So I expect to see proofs of what I did/say to HIM not to X, Y, Z. If someone else wants to sue me for whatever reasons that someone can do it by herself/himself.
What I am saying basically is that I don't want to see witnesses that come and say: dst did <insert action here> to me. I expect them to say: dst did <insert action here> to FENRIR!

The above statement is for Mur, the jury and for the potential witnesses because I don't know how the trail will go (if I will be able to speak to Mur or any of the jury members).

It's late evidence but it's still evidence (btw:late as in it is from today).

Fenrir assumes things without checking first. So he accused me of a thing which I did not do:

It was not me the one to cast the acousticremains (as you can see in the trigger box). And I did not ask Yrth to get the logs either (I still have spells on my own).

And to get another idea of how Fenrir thinks I will attach the log (the one I pulled with my own spell)

And more from a topic today:
Edit2: And as far as the RL challenge to DST, she does not RP. She is not a "character" she is dst. Through and through. What comes out of dst's mouth is what ever her real name's mouth says.

Therefor, my challenge is in RL.

Did I need to comment on this? I guess Burns said wit better.

Yep that was me that cast that spell

It was nothing to do with the whole DST V Fenir thing here
It was what my third casting of that spell and i did it because i was
curious as to how far back the log can go.

Nothing was intended by my casting of the spell
Bu i will also point out all one had to do is look at the triggers
and they would have known it was me who cast the spell
and not make an assumption.

I have nothing agents ether one of you. So this argument in game
and on the forums is not my issue. Yes i will be watching to see what
happens and to see the outcome as this is an interesting clash of minds
and personalities.

have fun all

Since aparently none of the witnesses have attempted to submit their witness testimony yet...

Can the named witnesses please mail me - grido(at)ymail(dot)com their testimonies so that myself and Mur can present the details to the Jury members.

We will not wait for the witness testimony, if by the time the interview happens it's not sent yet the interview will go without it.

 • 2 weeks later...
 • 4 weeks later...

Well did Fenrir not declare that he was leaving the Game and then proceeded to give out all his creatures at Marble Dale Park? So its over?

This trial is a FARCE!

It should have only taken a few weeks at most, but its gone on for? how long? 1 1/2 months? I like grido and Mur as much as the next guy, But this has been rather slow...

Its like its just been forgotten, and if thats how trials are handled, then its pointless trying someone if its going to take so long.

Is this dismissed or closed now that Fenrir is gone?

Last time I spoke to him, he was being shipped overseas. Maybe an alt check is needed?

Perhaps a court clerk is needed. That person's job would be to set a trial date, gather a jury, and be sure that things are done in a timely manner. This should be a person that doesn't have a great deal of duties already, and relatively neutral.

Just a thought.

My thought was not to deny a GM of their duty. Perhaps the GM this was assigned to is too busy or overloaded. I was just offering a suggestion.

Well I think shadowseeker means GM not as a General Manager as mur refers to shoepes. I think Shadow seeker means GM as in Game Master who is a person who has the ability to moderate the game. In this case I think the term that should be used has not been seen in any other game as trials are a idea I have not seen anywhere else. Though moderator would be the closest. Instead of complete power a moderator has a fraction of the power of a GM in order to complete there job.

Finally the jury is random that has already been chosen in order to reduce bias choices in jury. Then the idea of this being delayed by a single party is a problem. Though in real law in order the other party not responding results in the unresponsive party to win the case undisputed. In fact in Canada if the person you deliver the challenge too does not accept the challenge letter for the case you can drop it at there feet and it is still a challenge. Feiner responding to this would be like opening the letter seeing it saying he will show up then appearing absent at the trial date. Personally I think a date should be set in which the parties must send in things.

I suggest the 30th in order to give those who have not responded yet a chance to attempt to do so.
